1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item was purchased in the last 30 days.
- The product is in its original packaging (including 3D exploded view inserts, if applicable).
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items: Parts that have been installed, fueled, or modified (such as ignition coils or flywheels with signs of mounting) cannot be returned due to safety and technical integrity standards.
2. Return Process
Before sending any products back, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):

3. Shipping Costs

- Customer Preference: If you are returning an item for reasons unrelated to quality (e.g., ordered the wrong part for your machine), you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
